6 year old, Cal's version of a Picasso in Mr. Chris' class

Labels: Cal noticed the drawing by Picasso and wanted to do his rendition of it. Since we were studying the use of line in doing artwork, I had no objections. By the way Cal is 6 years old. Mr. Chris' class

About Me

My Photo
Name: Chris
Location: Georgia, United States

My education is in Fine Art ,in particular drawing and painting. My style has been developing for decades. The experiences of the places I have traveled and my memories of them, as well as emotions I recall, help create a much different response for me than taking a snapshot with a camera. My Artistic Journey shows how compelled I am to spend much quality time on my work. Study and practice in realism, abstract, Minimalism,impressionistic-expressionistic styles, landscapes,Portraits, and the figure,as well as an architectural-like study, create in me the need for me being truthful in approach and finding my artistic "voice." As you look at the art on my blog and my website, you will find a taste of the art I've been producing for around the last 15 years and some current directions yet explored. The excitement is just beginning so stay with me or check again for updates and new work. Best of all look at the original art, there's nothing like the real thing! I will be happy to show you what I currently have and/or do something brand new just for you.
